How can we improve OneTeam Desktop?

Pop up like a toaster

Have an automatic pop up to notify you of new message, I often miss message when i have alot of windows open

        You already have toaster notifications.

        You lay want to setup everything from the preferences pane, in tab "Advanced".
        Or you can setup your notifications per contact: just right click on the contact, then Info, then tab "Notifications".
