  Does Processone offer sometype of backend server like Openfire?

  When I put the IP of the server, it says it is not a valid hostname.???

  IP address or FQDN (long name) of the server, if it's different from the domain of your JID (the "domain" part in "user@domain").

  What do I put in for my host name? Name of server running Openfire? IP of server?

  I am getting "Invalid response from server"

  Just fill your JID and Password at login screen, if needed fill the server name in your preferences.

  OneTeam Desktop and Openfire are already fully based on the XMPP/Jabber open standard.
