If you have problem with Oneteam, you should contact our helpdesk and describe the problem.
To give us as much information as possible, you should send us your debug logs:
- Tap on setting → Debug options.
- Select the log you want to send us. The most recent ones are on top.
- Use long press on the log text to make the menu pop-up and select all the text.
- Then go to you mail client, describe the problem and paste the log (long press to make the menu appear) and send the mail to contact AT processone.uservoice.com
